We're excited to announce that Beth Bojarksi will have a show at Antieau in November! Beth is an amazing artist who works in Milwaukee and shows her work worldwide. Here's an excerpt from her profile: "I have no plan. I don't sketch ideas before I begin. In the blotches of color applied, I may see an eye or mouth's shape that I can pull out of the abstract and begin defining. I allow the painting to become what it wants and I create the characters as well as the story as I go along. A meat thermometer tells me when the painting is finished." You won't want to miss this show!

UPDATE: Hanging With The Wrong Crowd is online!

Hi Everyone,
Mark and I are working hard to finalize the web site for our show.

Once the show is online and working properly, the red button below will turn green,
so watch for that! I am doing my best to have it 'go green' by December 5th, but hope
for some understanding if it takes me a wee bit longer. I've never set-up a website before...there may be some learning-humps.

The website will have images with corresponding details on size, medium, and price.
If there is something you see that you are interested in or have questions about,
email me at bethbojarski@hotmail.com

The artwork will be sold on a first come basis.

* IT'S A GO...Enjoy!

2010 December Show: Hanging With The Wrong Crowd

an Online Show featuring the latest work by Mark Winter and
Beth Bojarski.

December 5 - January 9,  2011

Mark and I are trying something new...it's called 'working
thru the end of the year'. Typically, when the summer art
show season ends, we take some time off. Not this year.

We are excited to put together a show for our collectors, clients,
friends, and enthusiasts who have been following our work
for years.

Mark has been busy in his studio pounding, cutting, bending
and welding new sculptures. I am painting, painting, painting
and painting all for this end-of-the-year online exhibition.

We invite you to join us. Regardless of what your mom may have
taught you, it'll be fun Hanging With The Wrong Crowd this
December.

*note: Keep an eye out here ... a link will be provided once the online show is up and running.

In the meantime, please enjoy this picture of a crowd.

Celebrating 36 years of creativity, the Fiesta Arts Fair at the Southwest School of Art & Craft is an official “kick-off event” for the renowned Fiesta® San Antonio – 10 days of merriment, pageantry, parties and parades, bringing thousands of visitors to the Alamo City every April.

Since 1973, the Fiesta Arts Fair has drawn artists from around the nation and the region, whose work has been selected by a juried panel.

The 2-day Fiesta Arts Fair is exceptionally welcoming for every generation of your family, with 120 top artists from around the U.S, plenty of live music, a Children’s Art Garden and (as with all true Fiesta events), good food. There's something for everyone in a relaxed, shady setting.
